My experience at the international student dinner was really fun and special. When I walked in, I was welcomed by the sound of laughter and chatting, which made me feel at home.
The buffet had so many yummy options, like fluffy rice, creamy macaroni and cheese, tasty chicken, and fresh garden salad. One of the highlights was the strawberry salad, which added a sweet and fruity twist to the meal. For dessert, there was an assortment of cookies and brownies that made my taste buds dance with delight.
I filled my plate and sat with new friends, and we shared stories about our cultures and favorite foods from back home. It was great to see how food brought us together and made it easy to chat and laugh. By the end of the night, I not only had a delicious meal but also made new friends, and I felt excited about having more fun times with them in the future.
